Total-balance Life Choice, LLC Since 2000, Total-balance Life Choice has been providing on-site massage therapy services to Covidien employees on a weekly basis. Covidien has subsidized 15- minute chair massages for employees as a part of its health and productivity management initiative, to enhance employee health and well-being for greater performance and productivity. {The} massage program has offered our employees the gifts of relaxation and rejuvenation, resulting in injury prevention, stress reduction and enhanced well-being. We consider this program a valuable component of our wellness program.
